The News feature allows you to create articles highlighting the latest developments on the platform, news from Process, etc. The most commented articles are highlighted on the platform.

To configure the News feature, go to the "Features" or "Components" sub-menu depending on the participant area, and click on "Add Feature" in the right-hand corner of the window. Select "News" to access the feature configuration area: 

You must fill in the following fields:

  • Name: this is the title of the feature. You can choose to keep the name "News" or change it. It will then appear in the features menu with the name configured here.
  • Display Rank: This is the order in which this feature will be displayed among those enabled for the process. The display page has the rank 0. 
  • Global settings: if necessary, you can write an ad that will be displayed on each page of the feature. 
  • Step settings: Next, you can fill in an announcement for each step, and indicate whether you want to prevent users from continuing to comment on the news. 

Finally, click on "Add a feature". To create an article, click on the "News" module in the left-hand menu, then click on "New article". To edit an article, click on the "Pencil" icon, and to delete it, click on the "Delete" icon. 

Choose a Title for your article and fill in the content using the text editor.

On the user area, the articles will be displayed as follows:
