🎤 Survey
Configure the survey functionality:
The Survey feature allows you to conduct surveys and view their results.Â
To configure the Survey feature, go to the"Features" sub-menu, and click on"Add Feature" in the right corner of the window. Select"Survey" to access the feature configuration area. You must fill in the following fields:
- Name: this is the title of the module. You can choose to keep the name "Inquiry" or change it. It will then appear in the features menu with the name configured here.
- Display Rank: This is the order in which this feature will be displayed among those enabled for the process. The display page has the rank 0.Â
- Global settings: if necessary, you can write an ad that will be displayed at the top of the feature page.Â
- Step parameters :Â
- Allow Responses: Indicate whether you want to prevent users from continuing to complete the survey as per the step.
- Allow non-registered users to register: Allows non-registered users to complete the questionnaire.
- Announcement: you can fill in an announcement for each step.
Finally, press "Add Feature".Â
Create a survey
To configure the survey itself, click on " Survey" in the feature bar on the left or on the "Pencil" icon in the feature dashboard. It is only possible to configure one survey per Surveymodule.
First of all, fill in the Title, Description and Terms of Use of the survey (information on the processing of the survey data, etc.). From this window, you can also export the survey results in CSV, JSON or EXCEL format by clicking on"Export". Then press"Add Question". Several types of questions are available. You can define for each question whether it is mandatory to answer or not.
For each of the questions, the following fields must be filled in:Â
- The statement: the question you want to ask
- Description: if your question requires clarification or specific information
- Mandatory: check this box if you wish to make the answer to the question mandatory
- Type Select the type of answer you want:
- Single option: multiple response options must be specified; the user can only choose one response.
- Multiple option: multiple response options must be specified; the user can choose multiple responses; you can configure the maximum number of responses. You can also configure fields that will remain free and that the user will have to fill in.
- Short Answer: Short text field.
- Long answer: long text field.
- Sorting: several choices must be indicated; the user will have to sort them in the desired order.

Click "Add Question" to configure the rest of your survey. Once all your questions are set up, click "Save". Below you can see the actual deployment of the functionality on the user space.Â

You can structure your survey in several steps by adding a separator between questions. The form will then be divided into several steps.
Create conditional questions
Once your survey is saved, and before you publish it, you can also add conditional questions. This means that a question will only appear under certain conditions.Â
For example, you choose that only people who answered "Option A" to answer 4 in the example above will be able to answer question 5.
