⚙ Discover and access the administration space
Once you have registered and logged in with an administrator account, your name will appear in the top right corner of the main navigation bar. By hovering your mouse over it, a drop-down menu will appear. Select " Dashboard" or press the "pencil" icon to the right of your name to access the platform's administration panel.
Vous accédez alors au back-office.
⚠️ S'il s'agit de votre premère connexion, pour accéder à toutes les fonctionnalités administrateur, n'oubliez pas d'accepter les conditions d'utilisation administrateur en cliquant sur le lien "Consultez les maintenant".
Vous accèdez alors aux CGU administrateurs. Cliquez ensuite sur "J'accepte les conditions d'utilisation".
C'est bon, vous avez accès à tout l'espace administrateur !
The navigation bar on the left contains the following items:
- Dashboard
- Processes
- assemblies
- Conferences (optional, if the Conferences feature is required on your space)
- Petitions (optional, if the Petitions feature is necessary on your space)
- Pages
- Users
- Newsletters
- Settings
- Personal Activity Log
- oAuth Applications
The dashboard presents the administration log which lists all the actions performed by the platform administrators. This is essential for smooth team work. You can also access a personal activity log at the bottom of this menu sidebar.
