👍 Certify a user (badges)

In the "Participants" submenu, a list of users appears. The name, nickname, date and time of creation, verification status, and badge are shown. On this participant index you can search and filter participants. Four actions are available: contact the user, check it ✔️, edit it ✏️ and invalidate it ❌.

This is the window that appears when we decide to "check" a user: 

You can add a badge that will indicate a special mention, for example his status ("deputy", "deputy mayor for early childhood", "director of the sports department", "president of the parents' association", "citizen"...). This status may be mentioned in order to mark a distinction.

A badge then appears next to the name of the validated user when he submits or comments on a proposal. Clicking on his name takes you to the user's public profile and the full name of the badge appears.
