👋 Invite an administrator
To invite an administrator or user representative, go to Users > Administrators > and click "New User".
Fill in the name (it can be changed later by the person), the email and then select the desired role: "Administrator", or "User Representative".
A representative of the user invited by this way will have access to a reduced administrator area, where he will only be able to manage the represented users:

There are two possible scenarios:
- If the invited person already has an account associated with the email address indicated in the invitation, he or she will not receive an invitation email. All they need to do is log in as normal and, in the user menu options, they will now have access to the "Administrators Dashboard".
- If the invited person does not have an account associated with the email address specified in the invitation:-> The person receives an invitation email with a link inviting him/her to create an account.-> The person chooses a password and confirms it in a second field.-> The person is logged in as admin.
To find out whether the person you sent an invitation to already has an account or not, you can look in the user table to see if an invitation was sent to him or her. If so, the invited user did not have an account; if not, he/she was already registered.
