💌 Send a newsletter
Newsletters (or newsletters) can be sent to inform users of the latest platform news: launch of a new consultation, proximity of the closing of votes, announcement of a result, follow-up of ongoing achievements, etc. A newsletter is sent to any user of the site who has ticked the box "I wish to receive information about the platform" when registering or in "My account".

To create a newsletter, click on "Newsletters." in the menu on the left and then on "New newsletter". A new newsletter creation window opens. You have to fill in the title and content. It is not possible to change the layout of the newsletter, but you can integrate an image (drag and drop the image, only on Firefox). Use %{name} at any point in the body of the text, which will then be replaced by the name of the recipient.

To save the draft newsletter, click on "Save". You will then have access to a preview of your newsletter. You can change your newsletter if it does not suit you.Â

To proceed to the next step, click on "Select recipients to deliver". This will take you to the newsletter recipient settings page. In this window you can target your newsletter to certain user groups:
- All users
- Participants from one or more particular participatory space(s) (assemblies and Processes)
- Followers, users who follow the participatory spaces you select
- Users who have activated a scope of application in their InterestsÂ

When the newsletter is ready, click on "Send Newsletter" to send it (this action is irrevocable).
