🕵️Les evaluators

Feature available from Decidim version 0.21 and above.

In order to involve your services in your participatory approaches, you now have a new user role: the evaluator. 

Add an appraiser

Evaluators must be invited at the space level, and cannot be invited at the global level. To invite an evaluator, you must go to your Process, then click on "Administrators of the Process". After clicking on "New administrator of Process", enter the name and email of the evaluator and select "Evaluator" from the drop-down list.

Assigning a proposal to an evaluator

The function of the evaluators is to respond directly to citizen proposals that concern them, in order to facilitate the processing of contributions by the departments concerned. You can therefore assign proposals to evaluators, who represent different departments. 

To assign a proposal to a reviewer, go to the proposal index. To the left of the list of proposals, a checkbox allows you to select the proposal(s) to be assigned to a reviewer. Once the desired proposals have been selected, you will see a green button appear at the top of the index.

You will then be able to assign the selected proposals to a reviewer from the drop-down menu at the top of the index. 

The reviewer will then be able to come and reply to the proposal(s) you have assigned to him/her, either via the user area by clicking on "Reply" in the "Reply" bar, or via the administrator area. For more information on how to reply to a proposal, go to this article: ☝️ Evaluating a proposal.
