For the submission of proposals, a number of validation rules are present on the proposal submission and debate forms. These rules help to avoid spam publications: 

  • Minimum and maximum number of characters for the title
  • Maximum number of characters for the description
  • Excessive use of capitalization or punctuation
  • to complete.
