What percentage contribution do you moderate? 

Less than 1% of the published content is moderated on the different platforms we manage. Discussions on participatory democracy platforms are generally little impacted by the harmful behaviours that can be observed on mainstream sites.

Is it possible to delete a contribution? 

No, it is only possible to hide them after reporting them. See the article on how it works.

Is it recommended to have a charter of participation / moderation? 

Yes, this will allow you to justify your moderation actions and give clear rules to the person in charge of moderation on your platform. Here is an example of a charter.

Is it possible to delete / block a user?

No, developments are being studied to be able to report and block a user? 

Are there automatic moderation mechanisms?

No, developments are being studied to protect Decidim platforms against automated behavior (spam robots etc.).
