✔️ Activate and manage registrations

To activate the registrations on a Meeting, you must go to the Dating dashboard.

To activate the registrations on your Meeting click on the icon " Registrations" 👥 , tick "Activate registrations", fill in the number of places available (leave at 0 for an unlimited number of places), the number of reserved places (pre-reservation, entry on site without reservation, etc.) and indicate the " Conditions of registration" (for example, "Free entry").

Activate the registration form

You can also tick "Registration form activated" and set up your registration form by clicking on "Registration form". This will take you to the window where you can create a registration form.

Enter the Titlethe description and the operating conditions of the form. In the manner of a  surveyIf you want to add questions such as "Short Answer", "Long Answer", "Single Option", "Multiple Option" and "Sorting", you can add questions such as "Short Answer", "Long Answer", "Single Option", "Multiple Option" and "Sorting". 

Export the list of registrants

You can also export a list of registrants in CSV, JSON or EXCEL format by clicking on " ". Export" (2) . 

Sending invitations

In addition, you can invite one or more participants by clicking on " ". Invitations" (3). 

Select the  Type of participant we're talking about. If the user does not exist, then you just have to enter the name and email of the person you wish to invite to Meeting. If the user is already registered on the platform, simply enter his or her name on the search bar, and select it when his or her name appears. The list Doc - Invitations lists all the people invited to the event by this means.
