Create a Meeting
Once the module Meeting has been added, you can create a new meeting. To do this, click on the module " Meeting" in the submenu on the left. In this window, via the Export menu, it is possible to export the list of the meetings to CSV, JSON or EXCEL formats. The icons in the dashboard of the meetings allow you to perform the following actions:

To create a Meetingnew meeting, click on "New Meeting" and the meeting setup screen opensMeeting :

The fields to be filled in are :
- Title*
- Description*: be careful, so that your Meeting is well displayed on the map, do not overload this field and privilege the other functionalities of the module Dating to add information.
- Address*: number, street name, postal code and city (⚠️ this format must be strictly adhered to). Addresses are then geocoded via the here.com service which uses the background maps provided by Open Street Map.
- Location*: name of building, meeting room, etc.
- Location data: If required, information on how to access the room (e.g. "Use south access"), etc.
- Start time and end time.
- Category, if relevant (e.g. one Meeting limited to school-related projects in a general participatory budget).
- Organizer if relevant: the search bar allows you to find users of the platform
You can also check the "Meeting private" option so that only invited members can register. Once this option is activated, you can choose whether or not to make it Meeting visible to non-members. Finally, if you wish, you can add services to inform users of the presence of a certain number of services (e.g. daycare, disabled access, etc.).
