🤝 Global settings for Meetings

Setting up the functionality Meetings

To configure a module "Meetings", you must go to the features sub-menu and click on " Add a feature ". Here we will show you the correspondence between the elements to be filled in the configuration screen and what the user sees.

In the global settings, you must enter a title, a display rank in the navigation bar, a global announcement and the default listing conditions. Check "Activate the comment module" if you want to let users comment on the meetings. Check "Action permissions can be set for each meeting" if you want to be able to request verification of certain documents (e.g. ID card) for users to register for meetings. Check "Enable the creation of pads" if you want to allow the editing of common text in connection with a meeting. 

Then, you can fill in an announcement for each step, and if you wish to prevent users from continuing to comment on themDating, check "Blocked comments" (comments left previously remain visible).

Click on "Add a feature" to add the module Meetings to your participatory space.
