The amendments:
By checking the 'Changes enabled' option, you allow users to edit proposals created by others. To do this, users simply click on "Edit Proposal" on the proposal submission page.
Users will then be able to create a draft proposal by modifying the title and/or description of the original proposal. Once published, the draft proposal is marked in yellow on the proposal index. The original proposal is still accessible on this same page.
