Evaluating a proposal

In order for the user to know that his contribution is being taken into account, it is important to react quickly (or at a next step indicated at the outset). To evaluate proposals, you must have selected "Allow official responses" in the configuration of your Proposals feature.

In the list of proposals, click on "Reply" to evaluate the proposal. 

The window that opens reminds you of the content of the proposal, its creation date and the number of votes it counts, and offers you to choose a report corresponding to your answer.

There are 4 possible states: "Waiting for answer" by default before answer (blue), "Under evaluation" if you are missing elements to decide (yellow), "Held" (green), and "Not held" (red).

After publishing an official response, the status is updated on the platform and in the back office. On the proposal page, a box in the colour corresponding to the assigned status informs the proposal holder about the next step in case of acceptance, the elements to be completed as comments in case of further evaluation, or the criteria for rejection.
