💼 Manage Proposals
Manage proposals
To manage proposals - i.e. to accept/reject proposals, click on the "Proposals" module in the left-hand sub-menu. Several options are available:

- Import from another functionality: you can import proposals from another Proposals module into this one. A duplicate of the imported proposal will be created, without the comments/votes of the original proposal, and will remain linked to the original proposal.
- New Proposal: Allows you to create an official proposal when the "Allow creation of official proposals" option has been selected in the Proposals feature configuration.Â
- Export: you can export proposals in CSV, JSON, and EXCEL formats.
- Edit Proposal: Allows you to edit an official proposal, but is not available for proposals published by a user.Â
- Private notes: you can post comments that will only be visible to other administrators.Â
- Reply: in order to be able to reply to proposals, it is necessary to have selected "Allow official replies" in the configuration of the Proposals feature. To evaluate the proposals, refer to the next part of this notice.Â
- Authorizations: to be able to define the action permissions for each proposal, it is necessary to have selected "Action permissions can be defined for each proposal" in the Proposals feature configuration.
- View: Allows you to view the proposal page in the user space.
To create a formal proposal, click on "New Proposal". The window that opens allows you to edit a new proposal. You must fill in the Title of your official proposal, its Description, its Address (if the geocoding option is activated) and add an attachment. Then click on "Create".Â
You can also link a proposal to a meeting in the same participatory space by ticking "...".This proposal comes from a meeting"and selecting the relevant meeting. This creates a link between face-to-face and online participation. On the relevant proposal, users will therefore be informed that this proposal is from a Meeting (below: from the July 24 workshop).Â
