ARTICLE 2 - PURPOSE

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions of Use is to define the terms and conditions of use of the Participation Platform proposed by the Publisher and accessible to all.

Contributors are invited to participate in three ways:

ARTICLE 4 - CONTRIBUTION CREATION PROCESS

4.1 Creation of a Contribution

Only Contributors may participate. This means that the creation of a Contribution or its modification implies having (i) created an Account, and (ii) fully and unreservedly accepted the TOS of the Site.

The information submitted by the Contributor when creating his Account and allowing him to be identified is accurate and sincere.

A contributor may deposit [number of contributions and method of deposit]. Each Contribution may be modified for a period of [modification period] from the date on which it is posted online by its author.

4.2 Forms of a Contribution

In order to allow everyone to express themselves, the format of a proposal is set at a maximum of [maximum number] characters (including spaces and characters).

The choice of the use of the pseudonym implies the respect of the following rules:

  • Pseudonyms containing racist, sexist, homophobic or xenophobic allusions are also prohibited.

The use of a pseudonym does not exonerate the user from any criminal or civil liability that may result from the published contents, even when they have been deleted on their own initiative and/or that of the Publisher.

The Contributor making a Contribution must ensure that its text complies with the laws and regulations in force, public order, these TOS and the Platform's Moderation Charter [link].

The Contributor hereby agrees that its Contributions on the Platform may be [commented, enriched and modified by the community of Contributors, subject to its acceptance, and] consulted by all Visitors to the Platform.

4.3 Referencing of Contributions

All Contributions published on the Platform are likely to be referenced on a search engine and, therefore, to be consulted by an external public which will have access to the public data defined by the Contributor when opening his Account.

ARTICLE 5 - CONTENT MODERATION

It is the Contributors' responsibility to ensure that their Content does not infringe the rights and freedoms of others and complies with the regulations in force.

The publication of Contents provided by the Contributor is subject to moderation a posteriori by the Publisher who reserves the right to withdraw/delete Content that does not comply with laws and regulations, these TOS or the Platform Moderation Charter [link].

The Contributor and the Visitor are invited to report to the Publisher any Content that is contrary to the principles and values listed above, via the reporting links on the Site or by sending an e-mail to [contact address].

ARTICLE 6- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF THE PUBLISHER

The information contained on this site is as accurate as possible and the site is periodically updated, but may contain inaccuracies, omissions or gaps. If you notice a gap, error or what appears to be a malfunction, please report it by email to [contact address] describing the problem as precisely as possible (page causing the problem, action triggered, type of computer and browser used...).
