💾 I want to download my data

The DPMR (General Data Protection Regulations) impose data portability. A user must therefore be able to upload his personal data.

Exporting your personal data from a Decidim platform allows you to download all the information related to your activity on this platform (example: your comments, your publications...).

I would like to download my data:

1 - Login to the platform with your login and password.

2 - Go to your account settings menu and click on "My Account":

3 - Click on "My data" :

4 - Click on "Request Data" :

5 - A dispatch notification on your email will be displayed: 

6 - Open the email export after receipt :

7 - Click on "Download"and enter the password associated with the .zip file:

8 - You have access to all your data from the platform, which you can consult thanks to a processing software such as Excel :
