You may experience difficulties logging in. See the list of possible problems below to check that you are not in this case.

I forgot my password:

Don't remember the password associated with your username? 

Simply click on "Forgotten password" in the user login interface :

Fill in your email address so that the platform can send you a reset email:

A confirmation message will be displayed after validating your request:

You will receive a reset email as follows:

Open it and click on the link it contains :

After redirection, the platform will ask you for a new password. Please be aware of the rules applied to passwords: 

"10 characters minimum, must not be too common and must be different from your username and your email."

Confirm your new password and a success notification message will be displayed:

I didn't receive the confirmation email when I registered:

You have just registered on a platform but have not received an account confirmation email?

Don't forget to check that this email is not in your Spams! 

If it is not in your inbox or spam folder, you should click on "Didn't receive a confirmation instruction" in the user login area:

Enter the email address associated with your account that you wish to confirm:

If your email has already been confirmed previously, an error message of this type will be displayed :

If your account was not previously confirmed, a notification will be displayed as follows: 
An email like the following should arrive in your inbox: 
Click on the confirmation link provided in the email: 
Your account will have been confirmed after this notification is displayed: 

Account blocked after too many wrong attempts: 

You have tried to log in several times with the wrong password. An error message is displayed:
"You have one more try before your account is locked out." 
After an additional failed attempt, your account is locked and this error message is displayed:
"Your account is locked" 
Automatically, you will receive an unlocking email to the email address of your account:
Simply open it and click on the unlock link so that the platform will give you the opportunity to try to reconnect:
An unlock message will be displayed and you can try to log in again:
If you have NOT received an automatic unlocking email, simply click on "You have not received any unlocking instructions" in the user login interface:
You will be asked for your email address, fill it in and press the green confirmation button:

Email is not available

This means that an account has already been created with an email address. Go to "Forgotten password" on the login page to receive your password if you have forgotten it.
